Instructions (Preheat oven to 375°F):
- Wash/peel 3lbs of Russet Potatoes, cut into quarters
- Mix 1 1⁄2 cup of warm water, 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil and 1 1⁄2 tablespoon of Greko Lemon Roast Potatoes Seasoning
- Place potatoes in a large metal baking pan and spread evenly
- Pour mixture over potatoes and toss to coat evenly
- Bake in oven until liquid is mostly absorbed and potatoes are soft.
Tips & Hints: Cut potatoes even sized. Cook on lower oven rack. Once cooked, drizzle with olive oil and broil to crisp.
One Pan Meal: Use this seasoning with olive oil to marinate proteins like chicken and cubed lamb; add potatoes to the pan and bake together for extra flavour!
