Nora's Ice Cream

Nora's founders Tyler and Katherine were inspired to embrace a plant-based lifestyle after adopting their lovable cat, Nora. Being ice cream lovers, they began to miss the rich creaminess of traditional dairy ice cream and knew that dairy-free ice cream could be better. They purchased a small ice cream machine and began recipe testing in their home kitchen, using homemade cashew cream and coconut milk as the base for their frozen treats. After 9 months of recipe testing, the pair decided that they were ready to launch their business and their products hit shelves in July 2017. All of Nora's products are proudly produced in small batches at a factory in South Vancouver.
